Expressive Art Therapy Group

Searching for female-identified clients ( ages 30+ for this group) who have an open mind, are already creative in some part of their life,  and struggle with learning healthy coping mechanisms for issues such as trauma, depression, or anxiety. 

We will be utilizing sketching, creative writing, music, photography, and collage.

Each session has it’s own focus- join for one, for a few or join all sessions.

$50 per session or $215 for all five. Starting on July 30th, 2026. You do not need to pay online. Please contact us for more detail :)
